These are some of the questions we're asked. We do understand if you ask us one of these questions when talking to us and we'll do our best to keep this page updated with even more FAQ's.

Q: I don't see the name of my message board on your web site, does that mean you can't design graphics for it.
A: We CAN design graphics for MOST message boards. We are always contacting various companies about message boards and have found the majority are just companies who are resellers. Basically, they take off the name of the company who made the board and put their own on there.

Q: We aren't located in Northern Virginia, is this a problem?
A: No, with most systems that are in use today, we can design the graphics and e-mail them to you. We can also help you put the graphics on your board, but we'll need to be able to talk to you on the phone.

Q: Do you design graphics for non-sports teams?
A: Yes, a lot of the work we do is at sports facilities, however the events held there are not sports related. We've designed graphics for three Relays for Life and a Fourth of July Celebration.

Q: Wow, you seem to do a lot of work in places people have a lot of time to see the sign. What about the sign at my business where I need to grab attention?
A: We use the KISS method. Keep It Simple Sir. We'll work with you on what you want displayed, then find the best way to display it. Just remember, you have a limited amount of space and a limited amount of time, so editing may be necessary.

Questions We Could Ask!

How big is your sign? You'll find this answer in the designer program you have for your message board.
Is your board monochrome or full color?
Basically, can it display more than one color. If it's a lot of shades of red or yellow, it's monochrome.
Do you know what you want to say?
This is important, because if you don't know what you want to say, it's hard to get the board to help you. However, we can help you because we'll ask you questions.
